If you want a recruitment agency that advises candidates 2 months later after applying and the interview, then this is the one. They care about themselves only. They lose candidates who have "Strong" potential with their delayed response period. Good luck with their response time as this affects candidates lives, potential and mental health. Not recommended.
When you are placed in a job, you get a case manager.
They contact you regularly see how you are going and reply within 30 minutes if you contact them about work related matters.

My sister went through an interview process with this company. The company was recruiting for a Government agency. The process required my sister to fill out documents, have a phone interview and come into their centre for a 1.5 hour group interview. Her references were contacted. My sister was so genuinely excited about this position. She lost her first job after her illness because of COVID, so she was so so eager to find somewhere she can contribute to the community and feel useful. She bought interview clothes for the process and put in an immense amount of effort. In the last stage of the interview process, DFP told her that a decision would hopefully be made by Friday. The next week my sister still hadn't heard, so she emailed the interviewer to request an update. It has now been over two weeks since the Friday she was told to expect and outcome, and she hasn't heard anything. Considering the time and effort she put into this process, DFP could have at least sent her an email notifying her that she wasn't successful, or updating her on the process. A company who cares would have even provided her with some feedback so she can improve in the future - considering the amount of time and respect she gave the process. My sister's confidence has taken a real shot from this experience and it's hard to not feel worthless when you put in so much effort (and are obviously a viable candidate given your progression), but you don't hear after the recruiters meet you in person. My sister is a person with hopes, dreams and feelings - DFP has treated her like a number. As soon as she wasn't needed to recruit for their external company she has been forgotten and discarded. She deserved a respectful rejection. This is poor practice. DFP, I ask you to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. Please do not respond with your phone number, I am not going to call.
